Air Pollution Control
Scrubbing, filtration, fume extraction and integrated systems designed to address industrial gaseous and particulate emissions.
Industrial Scrubbers
Gas scrubbing systems for the removal of acidic, alkaline or reactive gases from industrial exhaust streams. Selection depends on gas composition, concentration, flow rate, temperature, moisture content, pressure-drop constraints, chemical compatibility and treatment objectives.
- Packed-bed scrubbers for continuous gas absorption
- Spray tower scrubbers for high-flow, low-concentration streams
- Venturi scrubbers for combined particulate and gas removal
- Tray/plate scrubbers for multi-component gas treatment
- Multi-stage scrubbing systems for complex gas compositions
- Mist eliminators and demister pads

Dust & Particulate Control
Dust collection and particulate control systems designed based on particulate characteristics, temperature, moisture, dust loading, required collection efficiency, pressure-drop constraints and maintenance considerations.
- Pulse-jet bag filter systems
- Cartridge filter systems for fine particulate
- Cyclone separators for coarse particulate pre-separation
- Electrostatic precipitators (where suitable)
- Local exhaust and fume extraction hoods
- Industrial ducting, fans and exhaust stacks

Specialised Air Treatment
Specialised treatment technologies for specific industrial air quality challenges. No single technology addresses every VOC, hazardous gas or odour problem — system selection requires stream characterisation.
- Activated carbon adsorption systems
- VOC treatment and abatement solutions
- Dry and semi-dry scrubbing systems
- Chemical fume extraction and capture
- Industrial ventilation design and ducting
- Integrated scrubber and filtration systems

Oil, Gas & Refinery Applications
Potential applications in oil and gas, petrochemical and refinery environments. Ordinary industrial scrubbers and dust collection systems may be applicable for certain utility and non-process emissions.
- Utility boiler flue gas treatment
- Tank vent and vapour handling
- Workshop and maintenance area fume extraction
- General dust collection within facilities
For hazardous, toxic, reactive or flammable gas streams, a detailed process and safety assessment is required before technology selection. Specialised systems such as amine sweetening, flare systems, vapour recovery units and dedicated toxic/flammable gas treatment are not presented as standard offerings without confirmed capability.

Optional Instrumentation & Monitoring
Equipment-health and operational monitoring may be integrated within the scope of air pollution control systems. This is distinct from certified continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS).
- Scrubber liquid circulation and sump level monitoring
- pH and conductivity of scrubbing liquor
- Gas flow and pressure/differential pressure measurement
- Fan and pump run-status and operating hours
- Temperature monitoring at key process points
- Alarm management and event logging
